Incredible service. I placed an order through their website and they called to refine the order based on seeing that they would be delivering to an office. The flowers that arrived were worlds-away better than the picture I ordered. I'll order from here again and again.

I purchased a beautiful artfully arranged bouquet of orchids and had it delivered to our doorstep for my Girlfriend’s birthday by Villa Hermosa.That earned me a lots of points with her.She loved it. I changed my personal card message text a few times and flooded them with phone call and texts, initially got her birthdate off(one day earlier) and had to call off the delivery person! They were calm, cool, professional patient with me all through my the ordeal I created, so I wanted to thank them profusely and apologize for all the trouble I caused the these nice folks. This was my first order with Villa Hermosa, and I couldn't be more pleased. I spoke with Veronica and she was so great! She went out of her way to get these long stem yellow roses to fulfill the order I requested. I will order again from here. Not only was the customer service amazing, the arrangement was absolutely gorgeous. They use the best quality flowers!!!!
